So, how this happens, we don't know that yet, but that's what we are going to talk about today. Hi guys, my name is Fabio from Journey to Success and welcome. When we have self-confidence, we trust ourselves to make decisions and act in ways that align with our values and aspirations, you know. And in this classic, in Think and Grow Rich, Hill introduces a self-confidence formula designed to help individuals cultivate the belief in their abilities and achieve success. So the formula is a structured set of principles and affirmations that guide individuals in developing a strong and persistent sense of self-confidence. Hill's approach is both practical and transformative, guys, offering a roadmap for personal and professional growth. So the self-confidence formula is built on the belief that our thoughts shape a reality. So Hill emphasizes the importance of positive thinking, self-affirmation and the clear vision of one's goal. And this plan provides a roadmap for success and helps you stay organized and on track. It is important to break down your goal into manageable tasks and set deadlines for each step. This will make the process less overwhelming and increase your chances of success, guys. Number three, again, commitment to persist and continuous effort. The third step in the formula is to commit to commit to persist, continuous effort. Success, guys, rarely comes overnight, all right? And it is important to remain dedicated and resilient in the face of challenges. In my case, right now I'm using a Notion, Notion.com, very, very great app. And for free is doing everything that I need, basically. For example, if you want to write a book, try setting a daily or weekly word count goal. And then you can celebrate your progress as you hit each target. Okay. Consistency and persistence are key components of Phil's formula. So it is important to stay committed to your goals and efforts. Create a routine, a routine that incorporates regular practice of the principles, such as dedicating time each day to work on your action plan, reviewing your progress, adjusting your strategies as needed.
