Speaker 1:

Five practical tips for enjoying the journey towards your dreams, towards your goal. Hi guys, my name is Fabio from Journey to Success, and welcome. Today you are gonna learn how you can achieve your success. Think about the fact that what you're doing is a journey. That's what you're doing is a journey. That's what you're doing, guys. You are just in this beautiful path to reach your success and you have to enjoy it. You have to get energy from it. Of course, it's very important to know that you have a big goal in front of you, but you have not to get stressed from it, because the reality is that if you know how to enjoy your journey, then the goal is gonna come, not tomorrow, not after tomorrow, maybe not in a month, but it's gonna come. So just let's enjoy and let's start Before to start, of course, if you like to subscribe, please just do it. So I know this is the right direction to take to drive you, to guide you to your journey towards your success, and let's go. First tip set milestones. First tip set milestones. So, as I was saying before, it's very important to knowledge that you have a big goal in front of you, but it's important, in this case, split your big goal in small milestones. As I write here. Break down big goals into smaller milestones and celebrate each one. Number two reflect regularly.

Speaker 1:

I would like to make an example. I'm sure you don't remember the first time you took the bicycle. I don't remember either, maybe Like barely, but I'm sure about something right it was a disaster. The first time was a disaster for all of us. Okay, who knows how many times we fell, but after fall and another time by time. Then then we improved, we became more resilient, we became more confident, and every go so we made progress, okay. So here I write something very interesting take, take time to your progress and appreciate how far you've come.

Speaker 1:

Now let's take again the example of the bicycle. The bicycle, the goal to ride the bicycle, is just an event, one shot, okay. It's just a task that you have to accomplish. It's not just a task. It's an important task that we had to take when we were children but still wasn't complex. Now, the goal that you have right now, it's very big. I don't know which goal you have right now in your brain, but I'm sure that whatever you have to do in your life to reach your success, it's something big and more complicated than riding a bicycle. You have to understand that, because when, as an adult adult, we take big goals, we have to understand that there are different tasks, different skills, different skill sets, different situations, different opportunities, different failures that we have to, we have to overcome. There are different obstacles that we have to overcome to understand how to make the right corrections and go forward. So it's not just a task, it's not just one thing. Okay, very enough. When we were children, I'm sure that we were struggling as well, but, as I say, it was just one task. Right here, we're talking about building different skills, different skill sets. You have to understand that, but what you have to understand also is that it becomes more and more complicated to realize our progress. So now I'm going to repeat again Take time to your progress and appreciate how far you have come, especially in our case. So you have to take a moment, you have to process that you did a lot, that you are doing a lot and it's going to be a reward, and it's going to be a reward.

Speaker 1:

Number three stay curious. Personal example right now, I'm studying how to make better thumbnails via AI. And why that? Well, I'm just curious. I'm curious if I can grow more my YouTube channel, if I learn this new skill right. So we have to be curious. We have not to stop. We always have to study new methods to go forward here I write embrace a learning mindset and stay curious about new opportunities and experiences.

Speaker 1:

Number four connect with others. Connect with others. So it's important to build the right community, the right environment, in a way to get the right energy. A way to get the right energy here I write surround yourself with supportive people who encourage you to enjoy the process. And then the fifth point be kind to yourself. Be kind to yourself. Here I write remember that self-compassion is crucial. Treat yourself with the same kindness you would a friend. So, guys, these are the best five practical tips for enjoying your journey, and I wish the best for you and for your dreams. Thank you, guys, for being here in Journey to Success. Of course, if you like to put a like, just do it. I just appreciate and see you in the next episode. Cheers.
