Why Enjoy the journey is the key to success. Hi guys, my name is Fabio from Journey to Success, and welcome. Today you are gonna learn the reason behind enjoy the journey. That is actually the real key to reach your success, your dreams, your goal. But before to go forward, please subscribe. So I know this is the right direction to drive you to your journey to success and let's go forward.

So, number one process versus outcome. I mean you know phrases like I want to become this, I want to become that, I want to have that apartment, that house, I want to live in a penthouse and I want to become rich, I want to have financial freedom. I mean all these phrases. They just build anxious and they develop your stress and they prevent you to reach your success. That's the reality. So it's important to switch your mindset in this case and remember that success is a journey, not a destination. Journey not a destination. So, process versus outcome. Of course, enjoy the process is more important than thinking solo about the outcome. Number two building skills. So when you fall, every time, you have two choices. So you have a choice one, you just get angry. Choice two you knowledge the mistake and you learn from it. And guess what? When you learn from it, when you learn from the mistake, then you are going to learn a new skill set. You are going to learn new skills to put in your back, to use it for your future, to use it for your dreams, to use it for your goal or different goals. So a mistake is not only a mistake, it depends in which way you want to approach it.

Mindset shift number three. So here we have two beautiful points. We have a results-oriented and a process-oriented. When a person thinks solo about the goal, it's a results-oriented mindset. It's nothing wrong for it. I mean, this is kind of what the society taught us to you know to reach a certain goal, to become someone. But let's be honest, that's not very ideal Because, as I said before, you're going to just develop stress. Before you're gonna just develop stress, you're gonna just develop anxious, and these two feelings are gonna prevent you to reach your dream. Okay, so it's have a process-oriented mind. So you have a mindset shift results-oriented to process-oriented. So when you have this switch in your brain, so when you finally enjoy your journey, it means you finally have this switch and means that you can reduce anxiety and increases motivation. Of course, you increase motivation because you just enjoy whatever you are doing. You just enjoy, you get energy, positive energy, from it.

Okay, number four and five creating sustainable habits and intrinsic motivation. I like to put these two concepts together because here the truth is that if you enjoy whatever you are doing right now to reach your success, then you develop habits indirectly because, of course, you're just enjoying success and you're just enjoying your progress, your process, and you get energy from it of, of course, you are going to understand how to develop quickly a habit in a natural way. And the second point is intrinsic motivation. Of course, if you are enjoying whatever you're doing right now, you just receive positive energy. Still, yes, it's all about having a positive energy. And once you get this positive energy, of course you're going to have less lack of motivations.

We're human beings. As a human being, you know, it's normal to have a lack of motivation. Sometimes I also have it. I'm not a machine, but when I know that I'm enjoying what I'm doing, then the lack of motivation is less and less and I have this intrinsic motivation that drives me to reach my goals. And this so five points, five beautiful points that are going to help you to reach your success and I'm sure they're going to make you think, to act in a different way from now on, to have a different approach to your goals.
